The service

Tandem is a local-network clipboard and file-transfer app for Mac and iPhone. It is designed to work between your own paired devices over the same local network.

Tandem does not provide cloud storage, hosted sync, user accounts or a public file-sharing service.

Your responsibilities

• Use Tandem only with devices and content that you own or have permission to access.
• Do not use Tandem to transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• Keep your devices, operating systems and local network secure.

Paid features

Some Mac features may require a paid license. If you purchase paid features, payment processing, tax handling and license delivery may be handled by our payment provider or merchant of record.

Any prices, supported payment methods, refund windows or regional availability are shown at the point of purchase when checkout is available.

Updates and availability

We may update Tandem to improve reliability, security and compatibility. Features may change over time.

Tandem depends on your devices, operating systems and local network. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every environment.

Privacy

Your use of Tandem is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data Tandem handles and how.

Disclaimer

Tandem is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tandem and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business opportunities.
